The Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture, Thapelo Olopeng has today expressed his disdain at the unilateralism and rebuke of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa(ANOCA) in deliberately trying to sideline AU Ministers whilst expecting them to fully fund the African Games.
