Fairground Holdings has announced a three-year strategic partnership with Meat on Fire, under which Fairground Holdings will serve as the official venue partner for Meat on Fire’s Beast on Fire – Botswana’s premier all-you-can-eat carnivore experience.
It aligns with Fairground Holdings’ New Business Acquisition strategy, which focuses on attracting innovative and high-profile experiential events to its venues, creating economic opportunities, enhancing stakeholder value, and empowering SMMEs across Botswana’s events ecosystem.
The partnership was officially unveiled at a press conference held today, with the inaugural event scheduled for 1st November 2025.
Welcoming guests at the press conference, Fairground Holdings Chief Executive Officer, Gorata Gabaraane, expressed pride in the collaboration. “This partnership reflects Fairground Holdings’ unwavering pursuit of excellence and innovation in Botswana’s events and hospitality sector.”
She said, “Our venues are designed to host transformative experiences that inspire connection, creativity, and celebration. In alignment with Meat on Fire enables us to elevate the standard of experiential events in the country while providing a platform for innovation and premium hospitality.”

Conference and Exhibition Centre was established in 1986.
The Centre’s eighteen (18) conference rooms are all easily equipped to hold conferences, banquets, receptions, workshops and board meetings with the smaller sizes being ideal as breakaway rooms to the Ditshupo Hall, the Chamber/Boipuso Hall, Annex, Pavilion and Banquet Conference Rooms.
