BDC supports learners living with disabilities

Ramotswa - BDC has announced the adoption of the Ramotswa Centre for the Deaf, effective from July 2018 after building relations over a three year period through a variety of charitable efforts – including both financial and in-kind support. By adopting the school, BDC will be able to more comprehensively assist the school including the enhancement of the learning conditions of the students who have special needs as well exploring skills development opportunities for teachers.

CodeJIKA - Africa's Coding Eco-system for schools is launching in Botswana on the Friday, 6th July 2018. Hosted at the Peermont Walmont Hotel, the launch is bringing together stakeholders from Government, business, schools and civil society to see how best to reach ambitious goals.

UB launches MA programme in Research and Public Policy

The University of Botswana (UB) in partnership with the African Social and Governance Research (PASGR) Thursday launched a new programme called the collaborative Master of Research and Public Policy to help enhance research evidence for public policy, strengthen graduate education in social science and further capacity building for research at the university.
